Colossians 4:6

What number in the queue where you, when you received the answer?

Colossians 4:6
Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.

We can always find the answer in God, as opposed to holding a line in man’s answers!

James4:13-15

Yesterday is gone,
Today is what we make it,
Only God can create tomorrow!

James 4:13-15
Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit”- (14) yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. (15) Instead, you ought to say, ” If The Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.”

We make things out of what God creates!

Matthew 5:14-15

A candle on a candlestick, cannot burn at both ends!

Matthew 5:14-15
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. (15) Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick, and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

We can only shine our light for one purpose, for good or evil!

Ezekiel 33:17

The sands of time fall in one direction, yet the sand in an hourglass fall equally from side to side!

Ezekiel 33:17
Yet the children of thy people say. The way of The Lord is not equal; but as for them, their way is not equal.

Man’s time is one directional goes from beginning to end and is unequal along the way. God has no time frame, no beginning, or no ending, and is always just, fair, and equal!

Isaiah 29:8

Life is a dream! What happens when you wake-up?

Isaiah 29:8
As when a hungry man dreams, and behold, he is eating, and awakes with his hunger not satisfied, or as when a thirsty man dreams, and behold, he is drinking, and awakes faint, with his thirst not quenched, so shall the multitude of all the nations be that fight against Mount Zion.

Our appetites are not satisfied by the dreams of the mind (flesh), but satisfied by the dreams of the heart (Spirit).

Galatians 4:9

When the Light comes on, do you see the element?

Galatians 4:9
But now after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

If we lose the essential elements, faith, hope and love, of The Gospel of Jesus Christ, how will we be able to see The Light of the World!

Ephesians 4:14

A rip current, may shock you!

Ephesians 4:14
so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.

We can get caught up in the waves of life, and the results can shock us. Yet it is a shock what Jesus can do in your life, when we let Him carry us.

Matthew 14:29-30

Whatever floats your boat, may sink your ship!

Matthew 14:29-30
He said. “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus. (30) But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord save me.”

Sometime in our lives our faith has to help us get out of the boat, and walk in our faith, as opposed to sinking in a lack of faith.

2 Timothy 4:7

How far can you run, before you run out of time?

2 Timothy 4:7
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race. I have kept the Faith.

When we run to the finish line, instead of timing our run, we always win!

Revelation 20:15

When your words are binding, are you an open book?

Revelation 20:15
And if anyone’s name was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

When the story of your life is told, will your name be in the Book.
